Discounts are automatically applied, so you can take care of the shopping and we'll do the rest!

How can I pay?

Pawfect Pals accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

Can I use a discount code on top of the sales code?

Discount codes are not able to be used during this sale. If you apply additional discounts during the sale, we may have to cancel your order.

If a product is out of stock, can I buy it for the sale price at a later date?

No. Sale prices are only available for the sale period, as listed above.

When will I receive my order?

The Pawfect Pals team will be taking a short (but much deserved) break to spend time with family between December 23rd and January 1st. All priority express orders will still be shipped during this time, with all other orders being sent from January 2nd.

Upon return, we'll endeavour to process all orders within three days, though it may take up to five days, as it is a busy time of the year! If we confirm your order has shipped, yet you haven't received it in a timely manner, please contact Australia Post or Aramex before reaching out to us, as they are in the best position to help. Thank you for your understanding.
