Shipping
We endeavour to process all orders within 24 - 48 hours of when they are placed.
If you require a change or cancellation on your order, please contact us within 2 hours and we will make the changes as long as your order has not been shipped.
Please note* During busy periods, including sale periods, order may take up to 5 days to be shipped.
Please also allow an extra 2-3 days shipping time on orders containing customised products as we personalise these in house.
All orders are shipped out from our warehouse in sunny Queensland, Australia.
All Australian orders are shipped free when you spend over $100!
If you don’t meet the $100 mark, you can check out the below prices.
Standard shipping - $10.00
Express shipping - $15.00
Priority express shipping - (Same or next business day) - $18.00
Bed shipping - $15.00
Express bed shipping - $20.00
Priority express bed shipping - (Same or next business day) - $23.00
Absolutely! We're proud to say we have customers all over the world.
International shipping only costs $15AUD. Even better, it's free when you spend over $200AUD!
Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but are usually between 7 - 15 business days
- Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays
- Please ensure you provide the correct address when checking out. If packages are not received by the recipient, or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the recipient/purchaser will be responsible for repeat shipping costs as these are external costs by the courier..
- Once the order has left our warehouse, our shipping couriers are responsible for your package. Please contact your shipping courier if you have queries about your parcel and you can see that it has already left our care.
Returns

Yes! As long as the products have not been worn/used and are in their original packaging, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of when you receive the order.

Pawfect Pals endeavours to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of them being placed. Due to this, it may not be possible to cancel or change your order as it may have been sent.
If you wish to cancel or make a change, please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to sort you out.

If you have gone away and come home to find that your order doesn't fit your pup, rest assured.
If your products are in original packaging and in new condition, please get in contact with us directly as soon as possible, so that we can work with you on a custom return.
If you have opened the products and contact us after 30 days, we will be unable to accept your return due to our strict standards on quality and safety.

Simply put the products you want in your cart, click to check out, and apply the discount code in the box provided. If you’re on mobile view and on the checkout page, click ‘Show Order Summary’ and enter the code.
We accept payments via debit or credit card, PayPal, Afterpay (Australia only), and select cryptocurrencies. Cards accepted include Mastercard and Visa.
We love meeting new pups, and every now and then we run AmbassaDOG competitions on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Be sure to follow us to find out when the next one will be.
Another good tip is to make sure you tag us any time you post a pic of your dog wearing one of our designs. If we like what we see, we may even reach out!
